Sweet Home Season 2 has unveiled posters and character stills featuring nine characters.

Sweet Home Season 2 expands into a world outside Green Home, and Hyun Soo and the survivors of Green Home each fight their battles to survive in a new territory. 

The revealed character posters depict the nine characters battling to survive against the backdrop of a city engulfed by monsters. 

The characters include Cha Hyun Soo (Song Kang), who risks becoming an experimental subject to find clues to resolve the monster crisis; Pyeon Sang Wook (Lee Jin Wook) believes that transforming into monsters is humanity's hope; Seo Yi Kyung (Lee Si Young), who ends up giving birth alone; Lee Eun Yoo (Go Min Si), driven by a desperate determination to find her brother Eun Hyuk (Lee Do Hyun), who is presumed dead; and Park Chan Young (Jung Jin Young), entrusted with the mission of transporting survivors.

Other characters in Season 2 include the leader of the Special Forces Guard, Sergeant Tak In Hwan (Yoo Oh Sung), has an unexpected facet — he refrains from killing harmless monsters, contrary to his stern image; Dr. Lim (Oh Jung Se), who conducted various experiments to research the secrets and vaccine of monster transformation; a former UDT sergeant, Kim Young Hoo (Kim Mu Yeol), safeguarding people; and the mysterious child with extraordinary abilities, played by Kim Shi Ah. All the characters add to the curiosity about how these characters, who survived the challenges in Green Home in Season 1, will confront and unite in the new setting of the stadium.

Director Lee Eung Bok explained the reasons behind casting new characters, stating, "Jin Young's upright image of a young man suited [the character] Chan Young perfectly. Yoo Oh Sung can portray both good and evil, and Kim Mu Yeol possesses a soft leadership to rival Sergeant Tak's charisma." 

He also added, "Oh Jeong Se has the cheerfulness and a joker-like smile befitting a crazy scientist, and Kim Shi Ah is an actress with a strong aura."

Sweet Home Season 2 will be released exclusively on Netflix on December 1.
